We can do major rehab hard money loans, fix n’ flip loans, and ground-up construction loans as well. We finance acquisition, development, refinance, and cash out transactions. In addition to our own hard money loans, we can help you shop for institutional commercial loans with local banks, nationwide banks, and Wall Street conduits. Our relationship should not stop with the initial Bridge Loan, we can find you a proper exit strategy and refinance your bridge loan into a longer maturity permanent loan, as well. Whatever your situation is, we are willing and able to assist you with your scenario and attempt to make it work for everyone involved within specified timelines.We use our own funds through LBC Capital Income Fund, which makes our decision-making process seamless and fast. But we will also utilize other individual investors and private mortgage funds to secure the best rate, term, and points for you.
